Say Yes!

Over the last few years I've been fortunate to share my thoughts, life stories and resulting life lessons in the pages of Montana Parent Magazine. In this spring's Giving & Gratitude issue I shared the story behind the Kids Helping Kids Backyard Talent Show for St. Jude and how a simple "yes" has blossomed into a much loved, annual event that makes a true difference on this planet. I'm beyond proud of these kiddos, but I'm just as proud of their parents. It isn't easy to be a "yes" when you already feel weighed down, but there is no doubt the rewards far outweigh the costs not just for the families they are helping but for their own families too.
