Choose Success

I know four teenaged girls who organize an annual charity event, and in order for that event to remain successful, these girls have to start delegating and teaching other children how to do what they do, and guess what? They have all of the same objections that I’ve heard business leaders use for over three decades! Yet, if these young girls don’t take on delegation and teaching, their event will simply fade away as they move on in their lives, and the same could be said of you and your business. If you choose not to delegate and teach what you know, your business will only survive as long as you do. It’s a sobering thought, but you can choose otherwise. Choose to teach… choose to delegate… choose success.Just a thought.
